English publisher Rebellion announces that the Nintendo Switch version of Zombie Army 4: Dead War is now available for pre-order. From April 26, the title will then be available for EUR 49,99.
For the port to Nintendo's handheld, the developers at Rebellion North have completely reworked the controls so that the gyroscope can now also be used for aiming. The Pro Controller is of course also supported. The dynamic resolution, which reaches up to 30p in the dock and up to 1080p in handheld mode, ensures a smooth gaming experience with 720 FPS.

Rebellion, one of the most successful independent studios in the world, is pleased to announce improvements to Zombie Army 4: Dead War on the Nintendo Switch version. For handheld, for example, the controls have been completely reworked so that players can now use the gyroscope to take even closer aim at their targets.
Steam Cross Save is also supported: Steam saves can be transferred to the Nintendo Switch to continue the battle on the go. Zombie Army 4 for Nintendo Switch will be released on Tuesday, April 26th and can be pre-ordered now. The game also supports dynamic resolution, ensuring a smooth 30 FPS experience that runs up to 1080p when docked and 720p in handheld mode.
Zombie Army 4 is being developed by Rebellion North and brings the insane level of chaos, blood and carnage that is typical of the series without compromise Nintendo Switch. The title supports two to four players in both local wireless multiplayer and online mode, making it perfect for co-op play.
The Nintendo Switchversion supports the Pro Controller and also includes all additional content from Season Pass 1 and every Horde map released after release. With Season Pass 1, players will receive three additional levels, four character packs, nine weapon bundles, five weapon skin packs and four character outfit packs. It is now also available for free on all other platforms.
Season Pass 2 and Season Pass 3 will be available at launch of the game and will offer players a large amount of additional content. The title also includes its own achievement system. Players who have already completed the game's campaign will unlock Nightmare mode. In it, they can face an even tougher challenge.
Zombie Army 4: Dead War is available for pre-order now on the Nintendo Switch and will be available on April 26 for $49,99. The title is also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Epic Games Store, Steam, Microsoft Store and Google Stadia. Zombie Army 5 is also playable on PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S with additional new-gen features.
