At Comic Con Stuttgart (CCON) on December 9th and 10th, 2023, the must-attend event for all pop culture fans, there will be a dedicated gaming zone for all video game-loving visitors for the first time this year. On 500m² in Hall 4, gamers will find a colorful mix of game stations, a chillout area with a yfood bar and a large stage with an exciting show program as a central element with presenter Felix Rick from the video game magazine Gameswelt.
Visitors will find the Gaming Zone in Hall 4 by simply looking for the 5m high Vaultboy from Fallout, which will be easy to spot from any point in Hall 4. There are also several other visual highlights waiting for you in the Gaming Zone: the unique Starfield Spacesuit, which was already on show at the gamescom which generated a lot of desire and long queues, as well as a DOOM photo station for the 30th anniversary of the cult shooter.
Right next door, the yfood bar with chillout lounge invites you to take a break and enjoy a meal. In addition to the limited Starfield Edition “Cinnamon Stardust”, various flavors of the balanced drinking meal can also be tried out in vegan varieties on site. Brick artist Marius Herrmann presents some of his most beautiful video game artwork made from clamping bricks in the Gaming Zone, such as the Frontier from Starfield.
At various game stations, visitors can play, among other things, the long-awaited construction simulation Pioneers of Pagonia, the party karaoke game Let's Sing 2024, the action roguelike Footgun: Underground, the puzzle platformer BEAM or the JRPG Noctuary. Thanks to the support of yfood, 12 other current and upcoming indie games will also be shown at COMIC CON STUTTGART. At the same time as the pop culture convention in Stuttgart, there will also be a digital Steam Sale, where not only the games present on site but over 200 other titles will be available under the motto “Be a hero! “One Game at a time” and can sometimes be purchased at a reduced price.
