The top-down tactical shooter Thunder Tier One, released in partnership with Krafton, is now available on Steam. The title costs 19,99 euros.
Thunder Tier One is aimed primarily at players who are interested in military tactics and strategy. Players control an elite unit that has to stop a dangerous terrorist organization in the fictional Eastern European country of Salobia.
Thunder Tier One: Stopping Terrorists Again
The game offers a nine-mission story campaign that can be played in 4-player co-op, online PVP and solo with AI colleagues. In addition, the title also offers the game modes Exfil, Deathmatch, Domination and Advance & Secure.
Exfil is a 4v4 mode in which the attacking team has the task of securing a package within a time limit and escaping with it, while the defending team must prevent this by all means. In Advance & Secure, another 4v4 mode, teams fight for control of different sectors and victory. Domination is a PVE mode in which up to four players compete against time to take control points, defuse explosives and fend off counter attacks. And finally there is the classic death match, in which up to eight players can compete against each other in free-for-all.
Thunder Tier One is particularly characterized by its realism. The developers have passionately designed a world in which even the smallest details, such as weapon handling, muzzle velocity or the weight of the ammunition, can have a decisive influence on the success of the players. The game will be completely modding-accessible in the near future, allowing fans to create their own characters, maps, missions, game modes, weapons, and more.
