As part of the eighth anniversary of This War of Mine, developer studio 11 bit is launching a new charity campaign for Ukraine. The game is now part of The Complete 11 bit Collection Game Bundle at Humble Bundle. When purchasing the bundle, players can donate the entire amount to Razom, a charity helping to rebuild Ukraine.

This War of Mine tells about the suffering that civilians experience in war and will not only be shown in exhibitions worldwide, but will also be part of the curriculum throughout Poland from the new school year.

Another charity initiative for Ukraine

Eight years after its 2014 release, This War of Mine has not only been a massive hit with sales of seven million copies, but is also an embodiment of the suffering endured by civilians during war, a platform for charitable causes and recognized educational material.

This War of Mine: Complete Edition for PC is available now in the Humble Bundle. Other 11 bit titles such as Frostpunk: Game of the Year Edition, Moonlighter: Complete Edition, Children of Morta: Complete Edition, South of the Circle and more are also represented. The bundle gives players the opportunity to help where it is needed. Upon purchasing The Complete 11 bit Collection Game Bundle, players can donate the entire sum, excluding Humble's designated portion, to Razom. This is an organization that helps rebuild Ukraine.

This charitable act follows other fundraisers that began with the This War of Mine: The Little Ones DLC. The DLC has already raised over $558.000 (and counting) for War Child, a non-profit organization that helps young people affected by war. In February 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine, 11 bit donated a week's worth of game proceeds to the Ukrainian Red Cross. In that time it has sold 204.000 copies and grossed over $850.000.

11 bit studios is equally proud of the recognition This War of Mine has earned over the years. The game has been featured in numerous exhibitions including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the War Games exhibition at the Imperial War Museum in London. It was also integrated into the Polish education system. From the coming school year, This War of Mine will become part of the curriculum in schools across Poland, serving as supplementary reading on armed conflict, morals and ethics. It is already being used by many teachers in Poland and university lecturers around the world. The influence of This War of Mine on pupils and students so far cannot be underestimated.

The Complete 11 bit Collection Game Bundle at Humble Bundle is available until November 17th.

And if you don't want to play the successful title on the screen, but "analogue", you will find an alternative with the board game version including several extensions.
