The Game Preservation group focused on the preservation and archiving of video and computer games The Hidden Palace has published over 700 builds, prototype E3 and press demos from the PlayStation 2 era in the course of a huge campaign based on the project name "Project Deluge" hears. The volume of data from the publications adds up to over 850 GB.
Last Saturday night, The Hidden Palace organized one Twitch streamwhich should last around six hours. A number of PS2 pre-releases and demos for various titles were shown, including Final Fantasy X-2, Crash Bandicoot, Persona 3, Ratchet & Clank Going Commando, Rayman 3, Crazy Taxi, Shadow of the Colossus and more .

The treasure trove was searched for a year by the Hidden Palace team
Some of the material shown was press-exclusive preliminary versions that had been made for trade fairs such as E3 or the preview coverage. Other versions contain early debug beta and prototype builds. It was all found by a person who saved the treasures from being sold or thrown away. In cooperation with The Hidden Palace and the Internet Archive, the data has now been and is being cataloged and uploaded.
The team searched the treasure trove for a year to sort out retail builds and only make unpublished material public. Details on the group's work processes are all in one blog post on the in-house website.
