In Stranded: Alien Dawn, players will discover new ways to play thanks to the new Military Outpost scenario coming at launch. The exciting planetary survival sim arrives in full content on Tuesday, April 25th for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Available on all platforms at launch, the exciting new scenario invites players to choose up to six team members to be dropped off in an uncharted location far from the civilized galaxy. Your task? They must gain a foothold in their inhospitable new environment to build an Ansible relay and enable interstellar communications.
New scenario "Military Outpost"
Throughout the scenario, players must equip and protect their team of adventurers, soldiers, and scientists to defend the base from the threat of increasingly hostile alien wildlife. A new survivor, Ember Griffin, brings a wealth of military experience to the group as a tactical commander - ideal for securing the base while the Ansible relay is built and attempts to establish a link.
The Military Outpost scenario also brings new research options, including two mech types that, once crafted, maximize the party's combat capabilities, as well as force field barriers and gates for added protection - all of which will be available in all scenarios.

In addition, players can use new technologies to improve resource availability. Fabrication Matrices are now researchable and are the key to building new fabrication facilities that can convert energy into physical matter. The food maker uses energy to craft meals without ingredients, while the material maker can create raw materials such as wood, stone, metal alloys, liquid fuel, and silicon.
