The German sets too Star Wars Unlimited can already be pre-ordered online. At the same time, the prices in this country are also known, which are based on those in the United States.
Six months can pass faster than hands being cut off in the Star Wars films: Star Wars Unlimited will officially be available in stores worldwide on March 8th. However, a pre-release campaign with a special box starts in local specialist shops a week beforehand.
Star Wars Unlimited: German booster for a fiver
Fantasy Flight Games obviously wants to hit big targets with the new trading card game Star Wars Unlimited: the Trading Card Game Plans are designed to last for several years well before publication; the community is brought on board at an early stage, which should continue to expand and develop after the start of trading. To achieve this, the creators are creating an organized play concept that ranges from the local level to an international tournament. Before starting the competitions, however, ambitious fans need to practice.
Fantasy Flight Games is probably hoping for a similar level of hype when Star Wars Unlimited goes on sale as with Ravensburger's Disney Lorcana. There is currently a bit of calm before the storm there, as the second wave of cards will continue in just a few weeks. Next year there will also be a reprint of those cards that were difficult to obtain at times.
Whether that is at Star Wars Unlimited will be similar? Uncertain. The early availability as a pre-order product may now be a wink. Star Wars Unlimited can be added to your shopping cart via the “Fantasywelt” specialist mail order company. The release date is given as March 2024, which corresponds to Fantasy Flight Games' plans.
The shop offers the entire portfolio including the special pre-release boxes, which will also be available from local specialist retailers. It is now clear what price structure fans of Star Wars Unlimited have to deal with when it comes to German card packages: here too US prices a foretaste. There are no surprises in this regard.
According to Fantasywelt, a German booster from Star Wars Unlimited costs 4,99 euros. Two game fans can get started with the starter set from Star Wars Unlimited for 32,99 euros. A whole display with 24 booster packs will cost 109,99 euros, so there is a small discount. The price for the pre-release Bos is 29,99 euros.
The sales portfolio will also include Gamegenic accessories, which can also be pre-ordered. Availability from March 2024 is also stated here. The joint plan between Fantasy Flight Games and Gamegenic is to release the accessories parallel to the start of sales. In addition to the regular product range, the premium boxes from Gamegenic will be added, which will probably be available to order via Amazon, among others.
