From October 5th to 8th Pegasus Spiele represented at SPIEL'23. Lots of GAME fun awaits visitors at stand P102/L102 in Hall 3: board and role-playing novelties, special offers, promos and a Creators' Corner where those interested can meet the creative minds behind the games.
Visitors to the Pegasus games stand at SPIEL'50 can get to know and try out the new products at over 23 gaming tables. Whether as a family, with friends, for frequent gamers or role-playing fans – thanks to the wide range, there is the right game for everyone.
Pegasus games: highlights for families and connoisseurs
Two highlights from the family game area are, for example, the latest part of the push-your-luck Port Royal series, Port Royal - The Dice Game, and the independent competitive variant of the game of the year 2023, Dorfromantik - The Duel. In addition, the Season 1.2 expansion for the intergalactic action game Spaceship Unity, which was awarded the innoSPIEL 2023 award in August, will be released at SPIEL. Fans of more complex titles can look forward to, among other things, the expert game After Us with deck-building elements as well as the innovative trick-taking game Cat in the Box, in which the color of a card is only determined at the moment it is played.
At the Pegasus Games role-playing stand L102, new products await pen & paper fans and everyone who wants to immerse themselves in the hobby of role-playing games. On all four days of the trade fair, experienced game leaders offer rounds on the Cthulhu, Shadowrun, Avatar Legends – The Role Playing Game and Humblewood systems.
Registration is possible on site or via the Pegasus Spiele SPIEL information page. Anyone interested can also register there for a demo session in the Spaceship Unity training simulator. The players then have one hour to prove themselves as worthy recruits for the Interplanetary Alliance. The authors of the family game, Jens Merkl and Ulrich Blum, will also be present for some rounds and will personally explain to the players how everyday objects are transformed into spaceship systems.
Meet creative minds
If you want to meet even more creative minds behind the games, you should also pay a visit to the Creators' Corner. On all four days, those interested can meet authors there, discover their new products with them, ask questions and have games signed. Highlights include the two Beat the Author slots, in which brave souls can face the authors Michael Palm and Lukas Zach in a game of Village Romance - The Duel. On Thursday evening, the two editors Sebastian and Klaus can also be challenged in a game of Port Royal – The Dice Game. On Friday evening, Rosa is looking forward to presenting the new Frosted Games expert game Chronicles of Drunagor before its release. And on Saturday evening a maximum of 30 guests can take part in a quiz on 30 years in the Creators' Corner Pegasus Spiele Ask questions about the publishing history and win something.
At the sales counter, visitors can buy games at attractive trade fair prices and classics from the portfolio with discounts of up to 30 percent. There are also free promos for purchasing some titles, such as bonus cases for the first three parts of the MicroMacro: Crime City series.
