Asmodee is clearing out its board game warehouse and is therefore offering a discount campaign in the “Brettspiel-Lager”, a pop-up store in downtown Essen – on November 17th and 18th.
“Stuff your pockets” is the motto of the bargain campaign where you can Asmodee-Buy board games at reasonable prices. The only requirement is that the titles must fit into a bag, which you have to buy in the local store for a price of 1,50 euros.

In the midst of the festive atmosphere of the Christmas market in downtown Essen, the board game warehouse invites you to the discount campaign. The Essen-based gaming giant explains the conditions as follows: For just 1,50 euros, visitors can secure a blue shopping bag that they can take with them as they wish at least three games from the extensive range of board game warehouses. The bag may only be filled to a maximum so that it can still be held by both handles with one hand.
If the rules have been adhered to, the discount is available at the checkout: the entire contents are reduced by 50 percent - in terms of price, of course.
“An unbeatable offer for board game enthusiasts and gift seekers alike,” says Asmodee. The promotion is only valid on November 17th and 18th. And: while stocks last.
Inventories are unlikely to be particularly scarce, at least if the Federal Court of Justice's comments on a “while stocks last” ruling from 2015 are taken as a basis. Therefore, simply stating the motto is not enough; the goods must also be available in sufficient quantities unless communicated otherwise. So if goods are in short supply, that's okay, but the retailer must inform you about it.
By the way, the bag size limits the purchase, because the dimensions probably won't be big enough to accommodate three big ships, for example: So if you're speculating on Nemesis, Descent and Ankh in a bargain bag, you'll probably have to replan.
