Dark psychological thriller Martha Is Dead won the Best Innovation category at the tenth annual Italian Video Game Awards last night. Martha Is Dead was also honored with second place in the Best Italian Game category by the Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association (IIDEA).

Playable psychological thriller set in Tuscany
Martha Is Dead is set in Tuscany, Italy in 1944 as the conflict between German and Allied forces escalates. The story follows Giulia, the young daughter of a German soldier, who investigates the death of her twin sister, Martha. Blurring the lines between reality, superstition and wartime tragedy, Martha Is Dead has garnered critical acclaim around the world since its release in February this year.
