Silvernode Games' point-and-click adventure Nine Noir Lives is available now on Steam for PC. Players can now strap on their trench coat and investigate the streets of Meow Meow Furrington on PC via Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store.

Adventurous film noir about cats

The game is advertised as a point and (C)lick adventure based on the cat theme. Players will discover a whole new dimension to the genre thanks to Cuddle's tongue. First lick, then ask! Nine Noir Lives is an ode to the classic point and click genre. Players step into the hands of private investigator Cuddles Nutterbutter and his trusty assistant Tabby Marshmellow to solve a case darker than a three-week-old litter box.

Poking, licking and talking, Cuddles and Tabby must face their most challenging investigation yet: a murder threatens the fragile relationships of feline mafia families Montameeuw and Catulet. Along the way, players will meet dozens of fully voiced characters, roam through beautiful, hand-drawn scenes, and solve challenging puzzles. All this to solve the most important question of all: what all has to be licked to solve this case?

Accused of animal cruelty, a charming comedy-noir story unfolds in the unique town of Meow Meow Furrington, inspired by cats and with fewer cat gags than you might expect.

The voice acting is also a sight to behold, with over 100.000 fully voiced dialogues from well-known voice actors such as Lucas Gilbertson (Megaman X), Carol-Anne Day (A Hat in Time) and SungWon Cho (Borderlands 3, God of War Ragnarök).
