All games have a higher resolution and have been redesigned to offer players a particularly smooth gaming experience on Nintendo Switch. Super Mario 3D All-Stars also includes an integrated music player mode, which allows players to listen to their favorite pieces from the three games at any time - even when the console is in standby mode. Super Mario 3D All-Stars will be released on September 18th exclusively for the consoles Nintendo Switch-Family. The physical version of the game is available in a limited edition and the digital version will only be available on Nintendo eShop until the end of March 2021.
Another highlight will be Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. Nintendo and Velan Studios are bringing the racing fun of the Mario Kart series to the real world. Players use their Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Lite to bring a kart “to life” and challenge each other to races.
The kart reacts to the events in the game: it accelerates when there is a surge in speed, and if the players are hit by an item in the game, the kart stops. When designing the track, the players can let their creativity run free: Before the race, they create their own tracks by placing gates as waypoints. In Grand Prix mode, the racing drivers can compete against the Koopalinge and thus unlock new design options for the tracks as well as costumes for Mario and Luigi. They can also deliver heated races with up to three other players in local multiplayer mode. Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit will be available from October 16 as a Mario or Luigi model.
