Two new colleagues have been strengthening the Pegasus Games sales team since January: Anna-Maria Hiller has taken over sales in Germany South and Sarah Bartsch is now supporting the export team. Both have many years of experience in the games industry.
The publisher Pegasus Spiele receives double support in the sales area. Anna-Maria Hiller has been part of the Pegasus Games team since 2019: During her training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, she was able to gain valuable experience in various areas of sales work. After completing her training, which Pegasus calls "excellent", she took over sales in Germany South in mid-January.
Former store manager as reinforcement
In this role, she will take care of contact with specialist dealers in southern Germany in the future. This includes not only supporting the active customer base, but also acquiring new business partners, creating and processing offers, orders and complaints, as well as preparing and participating in trade fairs. Anna-Maria was able to learn many of her new tasks during her training, during which she worked in all departments of Pegasus Spiele was able to get to know each other and looking after private customers fell into her area of responsibility.
In her free time, Anna enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her dogs. Her favorite games include Wizard, MicroMacro: Crime City, and Ghost Adventure. Speaking of her new role and future at Pegasus Games, she says, “I look forward to remaining a part of the Pegasus family. I'm looking forward to the further positive development of Pegasus Games and to all the challenges that we have to master together."
Brand new in Pegasus Spiele The team is Sarah Bartsch. She has had contact with Friedberger Spieleverlag for many years: not only is she a native of Friedberg, but she also worked as a store manager for a specialist games store for almost seven years and was a customer of Pegasus Spiele in this role. Since January 1, 2022, she has been strengthening the export team as an account manager. As such, she is now the contact person for all European specialist retailers outside of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
In her free time, Sarah knits and plays pen & paper, board and digital console games. Her favorite games include Betrayal at the House on the Hill, Everdell and Dune. The aspiring business economist and business psychologist is happy to now be part of the Pegasus games team: “Thanks Pegasus Spiele, more precisely Munchkin, I discovered the hobby of (board) games over 15 years ago. I am therefore particularly looking forward to doing my best for a company that I valued before joining, making new contacts and making a positive contribution to the further growth of Pegasus Spiele.”
