Nintendo jumps on the virtual reality train with the Labo VR glasses and presents two absolute highlights.
A few weeks ago, Nintendo announced the Nintendo Labo Vr Kit, which allows you to Nintendo Switchconsole into a virtual reality headset. In order to offer Switch owners a great incentive to purchase the Labo VR Kit, major Nintendo titles have also been adapted for use. A few days after the Labo VR Kit went on sale, both The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey will receive a free update for VR support.
According to Nintendo, the current Zelda adventure can be played entirely with cardboard VR glasses. Super Mario Odyssey is unfortunately only giving Nintendo three mini-missions for VR, in which coins and music notes have to be collected. The only question left is what graphic quality the Switch can offer in conjunction with the glasses. Because with the switch, the two eyes have to share the low 720p resolution of the switch, while e.g. With the PSVR 960 x 1080 pixels are available.
