A new, limited and comprehensive big box for the post-apocalyptic strategy board game Neuroshima Hex will be released next year. The publisher Portal Games has announced this and, at the same time, has published a 45-minute video in which the edition, which costs around 90 euros, is presented.
The year 2021 will be the year of the juggernaut, thinks Portal Games and is celebrating its strategic board game Neuroshima Hex 3.0 with a comprehensive special edition. Michael Oracz implemented the idea in 2006, since then several new editions have been rolled out - most recently in 2013 with version number 3.0. The latest addition to the board game with the post-apocalyptic setting introduced the troglodyte faction and its cannibalization ability for players.

In the competitive strategy game, two to four players, each with their chosen faction, compete to destroy the opposing bases. The “hex element” comes into play through the central placement tiles, which faction leaders draw and place to organize units and fight battles.

The limited edition is not just a hodgepodge of content that has already been published, but also offers some innovations. Fans of the title should look forward to revised arts works, including new illustrations for the double-sided game board. There are also HQ markers and reference cards for the armies. The Bigbox also has space for the four basic fractions and the 15 fractions from the extensions.
All graphic adjustments can also be found in an artbook that pre-orders of Neuroshima Hex 3.0: Year of the Moloch will receive. The pre-order goodies also include a 14 centimeter high Borgo bust.
Neuroshima Hex 3.0: Year of the Moloch will cost just under 90 euros and only about that Portal Games online shop to be available. The Bigbox will appear next year, but it is not known exactly when.
