With Munchkin Warhammer 40.000, the well-known Munchkin series is once again immersed in a famous universe. Even before the official start of sales on Saturday, June 22nd, pre-release tournaments were held in specialist shops from June 14th to 16th. Munchkin fans could not only play and buy the new title in advance, but also secure exclusive goodies. The game is now officially available in stores.
After pirates, superheroes, zombies and intergalactic monsters, the latest title in the successful Munchkin series is set in the dystopian future of Warhammer 40.000. As Ultramarines or Eldar, players can fight against the forces of Chaos or join the Chaos and fight among the ranks of the treacherous Death Guard - or as an Orc simply kill anyone. And of course the players stab each other in the back in the well-known Munchkin manner. Because even in the distant future: kill the monsters! - Steal the treasure! - Stab your buddies! - now with unlocked holy grenades and loaded plasma cannons.

As a crossover between the parodying Munchkin card game and the dark science fiction universe of Warhammer 40.000, players can expect crazy heroes and spacey monsters. The Munchkins now belong to armies and are harassed by chaos monsters who are allowed to support their kind at any time in battle.
In addition, fans of both game systems can look forward to gags in the usual Munchkin manner, because everything related to the Warhammer 40.000 theme is poked fun at: from unpainted miniatures to forgotten terrain to the mighty primarchs.
Free pre-release tournaments took place from June 14th to 16th in specialist shops and offered all Munchkin and Warhammer fans as well as newcomers the ideal opportunity to discover Munchkin Warhammer 40.000 before the official start of sales. Each participant received a bookmark and the “For the Emperor!” Promo card.
The winners of the tournaments and the referees could also look forward to the "Blessing of the Emperor" - an impressive button with a bonus against the forces of chaos. Since June 22nd is Munchkin Warhammer 40.000* officially available in stores.
