Kicking off digital tabletop gaming, Krafton has officially launched Moonbreaker Early Access, which is available now on PC and Mac via Steam. It's a new turn-based tabletop tactics game presented as a true digital miniatures experience set in an expansive sci-fi universe by author Brandon Sanderson is located.
Incidentally, the story came from the Brandon Sanderson who is behind the Mistborn series, The Stormlight Chronicles and, together with Robert Jordan, behind The Wheel of Time. And it is also Brandon Sanderson who was able to generate over 40 million US dollars as crowdfunding with a Kickstarter campaign for four new books. Record!
“The Early Access launch of Moonbreaker is just the beginning,” said Charlie Cleveland, Unknown Worlds co-founder and game director. “Because Unknown World has always strived to evolve its games throughout Early Access, we want to work closely with Krafton and the Moonbreaker community to make the game truly special and lamb-living. We see today's Early Access launch as the first of many chapters and can't wait for our community to see what we have in store for this game over the coming months."
