Gore Magala molt over and over again until they eventually mature into Shagaru Magala, but sometimes a defect can occur during the molt. This deformation causes the Gore Magala to be caught midway between its juvenile and mature states, creating the messy variant of the Gore Magala. Due to their dual nature, these incredibly powerful creatures can use both the Gore and Shagaru Magala's attacks, but their stunted growth also causes them great torment. Hunters above MR10 who manage to tame the chaos will be rewarded with materials for new weapons and armor with unique abilities.
Despite the best efforts of both Kamura and the kingdom, the infestation continues to claim new hosts. Sighting of the raised Teostra and Kushala Daora will require an immediate response from the coalition's most skilled hunters. Both monsters are already considered forces of nature, but their elevated form has the ability to wreak even more destruction.
