The metal rhythm shooter Metal: Hellsinger has reached one million players and is far from over: not only is the title now also available for players on old-gen consoles, it also has a new brutal difficulty setting, collectibles and more receive. As a thank you to all supporters, there is also a free in-game art book for all players.
Metal: Hellsinger, the award-winning rhythm shooter from developer The Outsiders and publisher Funcom, turns up the volume with the new update to 11. Patch 1.5 adds an even higher difficulty level with Archdevil and introduces collectible weapon skins and combos to master is applicable. Metal: Hellsinger is also now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, allowing even more players to explore the Eight Hells.

Archdevil is the fourth and highest difficulty after Lamb, Goat and Beast. Players will face more numerous, stronger opponents and be pushed to the limit with no Last Stand feature. A new Elite Seraph has also been added to the game. To help players, there are new combos for this. If certain actions like killing an opponent, swinging up and killing another opponent are performed on consecutive beats, there will be more fury and a better score.
Players will also be encouraged to rediscover all maps thanks to the Coat of Arms collectibles. Each level receives a Coat of Arms collectible for each difficulty level, including Archdevil. A certain number of these items each unlock a new weapon skin. The update also contains a lot of bug fixes, QoL improvements, as well as balance and performance optimizations.
