Metal: Hellsinger is the multi-award-winning and critically acclaimed rhythm FPS about slaying hordes of demons to heavy metal beats. Today, developer The Outsiders and publisher Funcom are proud to announce that the first DLC, Dream of the Beast, will be released on March 29th.
New talent has been brought on board for two brand new original songs: Cristina Scabbia from Lacuna Coil, with her powerful vocals and Will Ramos from Lorna Shore, with his demonic voice, will cause a sensation. Players will be able to select these songs from the new song selector feature coming in a free update later today.

In addition to the two new songs, Dream of the Beast offers a lot more. With the Red Right Hand, the new machine gun, you can shoot your way through hordes of demons in rhythmic deathblows and don one of three exciting outfits with individual gameplay modifications. With this DLC, players can experience Metal: Hellsinger with a completely different beat and playstyle.
Metal: Hellsinger continues its overwhelmingly positive 97% Steam campaign having also won the Golden Joystick Award for Best Audio, Tin Pan Alley Game Music Award, Spawnies Award for Best Music, NAVGTR Awards for Outstanding Song Collection, Outstanding Original Light Mix Score (new IP), Outstanding Game, Music or Performance Based and was eventually nominated for the DICE Awards, the Game Awards and the Steam Awards.
On March 29th, the hells will shake with new music, new outfits and an infernal weapon in Dream of the Beast.
