Gem prices are increased by XNUMX percent at Magic the Gathering - Arena. According to Wizards of the Coast, the adjustment is being made to the shop to “create price parity across all devices and platforms within Europe that better reflects the applicable VAT”.
PC gamers in Europe must be prepared for an increase in the price of gems in the Magic the Gathering – Arena shop: 750 gems cost 18 euros from May 5,49 instead of 4,99 euros/US dollars previously; for 10.000 gems, the new price is 107,99 euros.

"Firstly, players paying with euros will see price increases of around 10% on PC," informs Wizards of the Coast. The prices on PC are thus brought to the level of prices on mobile devices. Incidentally, the latter remain unchanged.
"We are also removing the option to choose between payments in euros and dollars," it said in the message about the Ahop adjustment. In future, players in Europe will only be able to pay in euros.
These changes will take effect on May 18th and will not affect other regions.
