Swiss indie developer Shirakumo Games announces that its open world action RPG Kandria is now available on PC via Steam.

In it, players awaken as an android in a post-apocalyptic world that invites exploration with its chic 2D pixel art style, but also offers numerous challenges. The game's official soundtrack was released at the same time.

Kandria: Large open game world

In Kandria, players can expect a huge open world with a total area of more than 2,5 million square meters, which they can explore completely freely from the start. However, this post-apocalyptic world also harbors numerous dangers. In 250 individually designed rooms, the skills of the players are put to the test in challenging jump'n'run passages. A variety of threats lurk in the caves and ancient ruins: it's not just wild animals and renegade robots that you have to watch out for. Also many people are a serious threat in this raw world.

However, in settlements, players will encounter residents who are simply trying to survive in a hostile world. By helping them with their problems in 50 different quests, players not only give them hope. They also bring the mysteries of the game world to light. Or… they just don't interfere at all.

The world of Kandria has appeals for both intrepid and adventurous explorers and those who just want to live a quiet life in this strange world. Fishing is a safe way to recover from the stresses and strains of post-apocalyptic everyday life. And you never know: maybe something rare or valuable will get caught on the hook.

Kandria is available now on PC via Steam.
