For the first time in Just Dance, players are free to customize their Dancer Card with options such as their avatar, background, badge and alias, allowing them to express their own style and personality. The points can also be used to unlock new emotes that can be used to communicate with other Just Dancers in online groups.

The service will also remain with Just Dance 2023. With the new subscription-based streaming service Just Dance+, players can party all year round and access an ever-growing catalog of more than 150 songs from previous Just Dance titles. Over the course of the year, the service will be expanded to include more exclusive songs and popular classics. Every Just Dance 2023 Edition comes with a free one-month trial.

New content will be added to Just Dance regularly, so players can look forward to new game modes, songs, and seasonally themed events for years to come.

In addition, the Just Dance Controller app uses mobile phone scoring to turn a smartphone into a controller, allowing up to six players to dance without additional accessories. The app is available free of charge for iOS and Android.
