The latest PDLC for the critically acclaimed Jurassic World Evolution 2, the Jurassic World Evolution 2: Late Cretaceous Pack invites players to expand their parks with four prehistoric species inspired by one of the most fascinating periods in dinosaur history.
New dinosaurs for construction fans
A flying hunter who lived towards the end of the era, Barbaridactylus takes its name from the Barbary coast of North Africa, near which it was discovered. With its magnificent head crest, this flying reptile makes a distinctive addition to any dinosaur park. The Alamosaurus, one of the largest dinosaurs that ever walked the earth, will also impress: its enormous size and defensive spines make this gigantic herbivore a challenge to attacking predators.
While smaller in stature, the Australovenator is just as intriguing. With its light build, extremely sharp teeth and the ability to grab its prey with both claws, this agile carnivore measuring almost seven feet tall is not to be underestimated. Additionally, players can welcome the awe-inspiring Styxosaurus to their lagoons, complete with three mesmerizing bioluminescent color schemes that will captivate park guests. This streamlined marine reptile combines its slender shape with large fins and powerful jaws to impressive effect.
The PDLC comes bundled with a free update that offers players a host of new features and improvements. This includes the ability to get creative with new Lagoon customizations, including placeable objects both above and below the water. Escaped flying reptiles, adding even more realism and an extra challenge for park managers, can now damage nearby helicopters. Players can also enjoy several quality of life updates, including the ability to assign negative traits, gain infinite trait points in Sandbox mode, and discover new lighting options for their parks.
