The freezing outside temperatures almost freeze the blood in your veins, but they are not the only reason for goosebumps. At least at Paramount Home Entertainment, the start of the year is successful with some innovations for home cinema.
On January 12th, Paramount Home Entertainment will release the hit horror film series Friday the 13th in a new 8-movie collection on Blu-ray including 8 artcards.
From Crystal Lake to Coral Lake
Cult serial killer Jason Voorhees is ready with machete and hockey mask for Friday, January 13th. What better opportunity to own the horror classic?
There are eight goosebumps with the collection of the horror classic "Friday the 13th". The story is probably familiar, at least to horror fans: it all begins quite harmlessly with a holiday camp in the wilderness. Ever since a little boy named James Voorhees drowned here, a horrible series of murders has shaken the camp. But of course the supervisors ignore it. A big mistake, as it turns out.
And one by one must brutally discover just how bad luck Friday the 13th can bring. The early masterpieces of the horror series leave viewers blood-chilling as Jason mercilessly pursues his defenseless victims from Camp Crystal Lake to the urban canyons of Manhattan.
From Crystal Lake, the terror continues to Coral Lake, where Haley (Kaya Scodelario) and her father (Barry Pepper) must crawl to escape from bloodthirsty alligators that appear during a massive hurricane. The horror hit will also be released in 12K UHD on January 4 and promises plenty of thrills for a highly exciting home cinema evening.
