Open NFT gaming metaverse The Sandbox announces that it has partnered with the band Slipknot to create the KNOTVERSE. KNOTVERSE brings the band initiated festival Knotfest to the Metaverse and will be a Web3 home for Slipknot/Knotfest Metaverse experiences, concerts and lifestyle.

KNOTVERSE brings the Knotfest to The Sandbox's metaverse and will be a Web3 home for Slipknot/Knotfest metaverse experiences, concerts and lifestyle.
Meeting point in the metaverse
The collaboration brings together innovators in their respective fields to create a unique gathering place for heavy music culture in the metaverse. KNOTVERSE delivers Web3 experiences specially curated by Knotfest and Slipknot. The KNOTVERSE roadmap envisions unique NFTs and generative collections as well as Metaverse concerts, gaming experiences, fan experiences, unique collaborations, wearables and much more. Ultimately, it offers heavy culture fans unique access to new music, events, festival experiences, merchandise, gear, masks and more.
KNOTVERSE is themed with Slipknot's self-curated festival brand and media site Knotfest. KNOTVERSE LANDS in The Sandbox is an immersive, gritty carnival event spanning the globe and media site www.knotfest.com. It takes the festival's sombre carnival theme and incorporates more than 20 years of Slipknot themes and imagery, authentically recreated in voxel form.
