A fairy tale that Otto set to music in dozens of variations comes from HUCH! now also on German board game tables. This version of the Crunchy House story is a cooperative children's game.

Under the publishing brand HUCH! by Hutter Trade, a successful title by the Polish publisher Granna was published last year. After the connoisseur title Gutenberg, which dealt with the emergence of book printing, the topic of current novelty is also firmly anchored in the literary world.

Hansel and Gretel got lost in the woods...

... there they come to a little house that consists entirely of sweets.
The aim of this cooperative children's game is to collect as many sweets as possible before the evil witch catches up with Hansel and Gretel. The three-dimensional witch's house is set up in the box and the figures of Hansel, Gretel and the witch are placed in their starting positions.

In each turn, one of the two candy tiles must be played from the hand. If this completes a candy, Hansel and Gretel receive a gingerbread coin. If the two have collected five coins, the team wins the game.

At the end of each game round, however, the figures continue to move. To determine how far each piece moves, the different colored dots on the outside of the tiles being played are counted.

The game is lost if the witch catches up with the children or if the children would overtake the witch.

The children's game with a fairy tale theme is suitable for 2-4 children aged 6 and over. The playing time is about 20 minutes. The publisher specifies the price as €17.
