Gamigo AG is expanding its portfolio and taking over the US publisher and game developer Trion Worlds, Inc. The developer studio became known for video games such as Rift, Trove and ArcheAge. The strategic takeover is expected to generate sales growth of around 2019 million US dollars for 18.

The acquisition is also attractive from an economic point of view. the gamigo group expects sales growth of around 18 million US dollars and an additional EBITDA (earnings before interest and taxes) of 1 to 4 million US dollars for the coming year.
