There have long been rumors about Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Now confirmed Electronic Arts even that new information tidbits will be provided for fans as part of the Game Awards.
Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts officially announced Star Wars Jedi: Survivor at the beginning of the year. A teaser trailer was also shown, but otherwise the game remained quiet.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor - five years later
The gap that Electronic Arts or that the developers left in the information landscape, following the official announcement of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, only rumors filled. One of them is now confirmed: the game will make a big appearance on the stage at this year's The Game Awards.
Game Awards producer and host Geoff Keighley confirmed this on Twitter, as did Electronic Arts. Keighley even stated that Respawn Entertainment's title would show the first gameplay scenes.
The game is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Steam page has since been updated as well. There, at times, March 15 was given as the release date.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Cal Kestis must remain one step ahead of the Empire. And: He is still one of the last living Jedi in the galaxy.
