The exhibition on the award-winning series "Game of Thrones" comes to Oberhausen and the former family park at the Centro is transformed into Westeros, Essos and the countries beyond the wall. Tickets for Game of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition are available to purchase now. The exhibition starts on November 27, 2018. Tickets for a Sneak Peak on November 24 and 25, 2018 are also available for fans.

The award-winning TV series Game of Thrones inspires millions of fantasy fans around the world. Responsible for the great success are, among other things, the beautiful film sets as well as the props and costumes that shape the atmosphere of the series.
In order to bridge the time until the final eighth season, series fans will soon be able to take a look behind the scenes: The exhibition will open in November in the former Centro-Park in Oberhausen Game of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition. For fans, the Centro site will be transformed for the first time in Germany into the kingdoms and lands known from the TV series - and of course the original book. Together with HBO Licensing & Retail, the event provider GES Events, in cooperation with AWC AG, has organized this largest public traveling exhibition to date Game of Thrones
The organizers present a collection of props, costumes and background information about the award-winning HBO series on around 1.000 square meters of exhibition space game of Thrones. It comes as a surprise that the German premiere of the traveling exhibition is taking place in Oberhausen, of all places.
The concept is reminiscent of interactive exhibitions such as Star Wars Identitieswhich took place in Cologne, among other places. The combination of physical exhibits and media elements creates a unique atmosphere that brings fans very close to the stories from Westeros.

Fans wander from November 27, 2018 through the winter landscapes of the north and along the Royal Route, marvel at the armor of the supporters of various noble houses, or enter the Black Fortress, home of the Night Watch. If you want to take part in the game for thrones yourself, you can venture into the royal hall, where the iron throne has cost the lives of many a power-hungry ruler.
The organizers are sure that fans from the region will be enthusiastic about the exhibition content on offer.

The Oberhausen exhibition opens from Monday to Thursday Game of Thrones from 12.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. Friday and Saturday as well as during the holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia from 11.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 10.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Tickets for the event are now available on the Website with game of Thrones-Exhibition available. The prices are between 14,50 euros and 23,95 euros. On request, visitors can book a so-called Fast Pass.
For a limited number of fans, tickets are also available for a Sneak Peak, which will take place on November 24th and 25th, 2018. As part of this special event, visitors have the opportunity to see the Game of Thrones-Exhibition in Oberhausen can be viewed before the official opening on November 27th.
