Double Eleven surprise with the "Free for Life" content update for Prison Architect. It's a free update to the popular management simulator, which has seen a more than 2019 percent increase in monthly active players since its acquisition by Paradox in 60.
Today Paradox Interactive and Double Eleven released Prison Architect: Free for Life, a free update for all Prison Architect players on PC and Xbox One. Free for Life is the first in a series of new content and improves the quality of life for Prison Architect players through improvements to the scheduler, prisoner ranks and inmate aging processes. Paradox also revealed that since acquiring the IP in January 2019, the popularity of the hit prison management simulator has continued to grow, with the number of active players and expansions sold increasing drastically.

Prison Architect: Free for Life has numerous improvements implemented based on community feedback, focusing on the most requested features. This allows players to spend more time managing their terrain instead of navigating through menus. Prison Architect owners can download the Free for Life update on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Xbox One (coming soon to PS4).
Numerous new features of Free for Life
With the new prisoner log, players always have an overview of what is happening in their prison. They monitor the activities of their inmates, uncover misconduct at an early stage and keep track of who is being released, who is improving or who is relapsing. The game scheduler has also been improved and new options and settings have been added.
Every time they create a new prison, policy, or quick part, players can save it in their settings. This saves them time setting up their prison the next time they want to start over. From now on, the inmates will be divided into young, elderly and old people. After spending a long time in their prison, they will change both visually and functionally. You will also develop other needs.
The recruited guards now come to the prison without any rank and have to work hard to be promoted to officer and specialist officer. However, your dedication will pay off as each increase in rank offers additional perks. The planning menu is renewed with many new options for fences and walls. Paradox has continued to grow Prison Architect's popularity with continued support, content updates and expansions since acquiring the IP in 2019.
