For Assetto Corsa Competizione, the official video game of the Blancpain GT Series Championship of the SRO Motorsports Group, the new update with the number 0.5 has been published in the early access program for PC Steam.
New challenges in Belgium
The update includes the Circuit Zolder, which was recreated by Kunos Simulazioni using Laserscan® technology, as well as the unique Emil Frey Jaguar G3.
With the V8 vehicle and the challenging Belgian circuit, players will gain access to a tricky combination that challenges new special events to compete on the global leaderboards. Everyone has the opportunity to take part in the "Competizione".
The developers of Kunos Simulazioni use the community feedback via the official forum to achieve an optimal simulation experience with Assetto Corsa Competizione. Therefore, work over the last month has focused on the overall stability and consistency of the game code. With this alignment, spectator mode, multiplayer voting system and other "visible" features will not be released until our next update and version 1.0 of the title.
Developers and publishers hope that the decision to put Assetto Corsa Competizione on a more solid footing will help ensure that these features can be implemented in the future with an overall better gaming experience.
