Techland has released the new skill trees for Dying Light 2. In addition to new approaches in character development, new parkour and fighting skills were introduced, which can be explored in the game.
Every player who takes certain actions receives experience points in two different areas - parkour and combat. Performing traversal actions such as climbing, jumping or jumping is rewarded with a progressive parkour experience bar. The more complicated and skillful the movements the player performs, the more experience he can gain. The players can collect combat-related experience points in particular through combined attacks, as these are rewarded with a larger number of experience points.
Gain experience through quests
Completing quests is also a quick way to fill up experience bars - both in terms of parkour and combat. In order to unlock new skills and abilities, it is worth investing some time and unlocking new ways of locomotion and combat methods in the game. For example, there's the grappling combat ability, which allows players with the right timing to knock opponents aside using the momentum of their attack. This ability can be combined with Stomp, allowing you to instantly kill the enemy on the ground. There are many possible combinations between all the skills that the player can choose according to their playstyle.
Of course, there are also many possible combinations with the parkour skills, darts is a skill that temporarily increases the running speed. When players combine it with Double Jump, a skill that enables higher jumps over obstacles, previously inaccessible places can be climbed.
