Dune: Spice Wars has unleashed the biggest update yet to the 4X real-time strategy game, Conquest. Thanks to unique scenarios, perks, and challenges, each run in Conquest mode represents a new, epic battle to the top of Arrakis' food chain. This unique solo challenge with high replay value requires great skill to pull the strings in all activities at hand - from politics and economics to intrigue and warfare.

Conquest mode encourages the player to experiment with new ways to play for each of the great houses. As part of the challenging scenarios, previously unimagined possibilities open up thanks to the powerful new perks. Each round is different and takes about ten hours.
The update also has a lot to offer apart from this important new feature: The extended tutorials grant newcomers a smoother landing on Arrakis. Extensive balancing changes and additions address nearly every aspect of the game, including improvements to espionage, an assassinations overhaul, economic improvements, and a revamp to nuke weapons and resource management.
In addition, the Conquest update includes new regions, a new unique building for each of the houses, comfort improvements, an improved interface and a total of nine additional music tracks.
The Conquest update is another major step in an effort that began in Early Access almost a year ago: to create the fully-fledged foundation for an epic yet gruesome drama unfolding at the center of the universe - Arrakis. To improve on all the details that make Dune: Spice Wars so unique - the general balancing, intrigue and espionage, brutal combat, Landsraad politics, the Spice's replenishment, and the constant threat of Arrakis himself.
