On August 26th at 19am EDT, Bungie will bring the classic Raid King's Fall from the original Destiny to Destiny 2. Those wishing to venture into the Hive Dreadnaught to confront Oryx, the Taken King, must venture deep with the return of this well-loved raid.
Raids are an integral part of Destiny 6 as a pinnacle 2-player activity where you can earn high-quality gear. Fireteams train worldwide for a chance to earn the World's First title and belt. All those looking forward to the King's Fall World's First race can tune in to cheer on the teams and celebrate with the winning fireteam.
Classic among the Destiny 2 raids
Fireteams looking to take on the King's Falls World's First race should keep a few things in mind. The raid will start in competitive mode, which will be active for 24 hours. Wardens must have reached 1560 Power to be ready for all encounters.
Completing the raid while Competitive Mode is active unlocks the new Challenge Mode in the Navigator and a Secret Triumph. The fireteam that completes the secret triumph (a list of hand-picked challenges) in this new challenge mode will cross the World's First finish line and receive their prize.
To reinforce the Triumph requirements in Challenge Mode, if you fail to meet the requirements during an encounter, your fireteam will be wiped out.
However, Bungie has a tip for players: In order to relieve the servers a bit, no progress for bounties or weapon crafting will be recorded during the first weekend during the King's Fall raid.
Guardians who complete the Raid will unlock exclusive Raid-style items for purchase via Bungie Rewards that will be available on the Bungie Store, such as: B. the King's Fall Raid Art Print and Pin.
