The release of a video game is often a process, despite the establishment of release dates in the meantime. The currently most prominent example of this is CD Projekt Red's action role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077. The game is due to be released on December 10th - and as the publisher has now stated in its quarterly report, the date is set. At least at the moment, further shifts are therefore not evident.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be released worldwide on December 10th. CD Projekt Red has set this information down in its current quarterly report. The Spieleschmiede is taking the wind out of the sails of rumors that have since hinted at another shift. In principle, there is still the possibility that the video game could be released later should unforeseeable factors negatively affect the release phase. At the moment it doesn't look like it.
Cyberpunk 2077 previously postponed several times
The creators had to postpone the publication of Cyberpunk 2077 several times. The action role-playing game was originally supposed to appear in April, but nothing came of it: in the meantime there were dates in September and November, now December 10th is the target date. In the past, the creators had postponed the game despite rock-solid release dates, which further fueled speculation about a possible renewed delay. Even with previous information on release dates, the makers were certain up to one day before the postponement:

Two weeks remain until the “actual” release. However, many negative factors would have to come together to make the date tilt. It appears there is also a streamed recording of someone already holding the game in their hands.
After all: Cyberpunk 2077 is currently more present than seldom before. The game is thematized in TV programs, with the release of Gameplay Videos and Featurettes CD Projekt Red also showed what fans can expect.
There is also an official gameplay trailer for Cyberpunk 2077:
In the current quarterly report there is another interesting piece of information that points to the continued success of The Witcher. Accordingly, the role-playing game around witcher Geralt from RIva generated around 28 million US dollars in revenue in the last quarter of the year. The total is mainly due to sales of games on the WItcher universe.
The approaching Christmas season and the deals around Black Friday should again have a positive effect on Witcher sales - the first “deals” for the game have already been announced, including from Nintendo.
