Corax Games wants to publish a new in-house development called Kabaal. The project is to be financed by the game studio. The campaign is already underway.
In Kabaal, there are 32 cards in four colors as well as colorless cards. As is often the case in trick-taking games, the color played must be followed, but colorless cards can always be played. The highest card of the color played wins the trick and can place up to two cultists on one of the 16 areas whose card was included in the trick.
If there are already other cultists there, whether they are your own or not, you can "push" them into neighboring areas. This also allows you to move your own cultists to appropriate fields, because you want to have three of your own figures next to each other in order to carry out a sacrificial ritual. Whoever manages to do this three times wins the game.
Nine other demons provide variety in the game structure and rules. The goal always remains the same, and the interaction, as is often the case with Corax Games, is always high. Another special feature of Kabaal is that before the start of the round, two cards are given to the person sitting to the left, which then remain face up. If one of these cards is used, a hand card must be face up, so that there are always two cards in front of each person.
Anyone who wants to secure this unusual trick-taking game with area control elements from Corax Games still has the opportunity to purchase the project until April 3rd. Kabaal in the Spieleschmiede to support. The target is 3.000 euros - the game costs 15 euros.
