A program as colorful as a comic
When the Westfallenhallen opens its doors in the second week of April for the Comic Con 2019, comic fans from home and abroad will flock to it
"Spring Edition" of the colorful event.
Film and television stars, illustrators, voice actors, cosplayers: they are all integral parts of the two-day event, which also wants to be understood as a meeting place for fans of fans. The program of the convention is as colorful as a comic itself: panels, autograph sessions, photo shoots with the stars, photo opportunities in specially constructed backdrops and of course extensive shopping opportunities offer fans everything their comic hearts could desire.
Comic Con Dortmund is also a family event because there are no age restrictions. On the contrary: children up to the age of five even enjoy free entry. Tickets for Comic Con Dortmund 2019 are already available - in several price categories. In addition to the obligatory one- and two-day tickets at a price of 27,50 and 50 euros respectively, there are so-called ear bird tickets. These cost 33 or 61 euros and allow visitors to enter the event halls one hour earlier.
Special offers complete the package. So-called VIP tickets are aimed at real hardcore fans: with prices of up to 999 euros for the all-in ticket, these special tickets are aimed at core groups. Anyone who thinks that these types of tickets won't sell is wrong. The VIP passes - also in the platinum version - are already sold out. In addition to the admission prices, those fans who want autographs or professional photo shoots with their stars have to pull out their wallet: the prices vary between around 20 and around 57 euros.
