Exoprimal gears up to fight dinosaur outbreaks on July 14th
Today's Dinosaur Prediction reveals that Exoprimal will go into battle on July 14th, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam. The team-based online action game will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass for consoles, PC and cloud. The Capcom Spotlight also featured new exosuits, dinosaurs, and the upcoming open beta test.
The Exoprimal Open Beta Test (OBT) will take place next week. The War Sims will run on all platforms from Friday, March 17 at 01:00 to Monday, March 20 at 0:59. The OBT will feature cross-platform matchmaking, allowing Exofighter squads to compete against rival units on other systems. Players will also have the opportunity to try out all 10 Exosuits, including the two newly introduced ones. As a special bonus, everyone who participates in the OBT will receive an Aibius medal pendant to equip their exosuits with in the final game.
Warrior and Nimbus are the latest exosuits to charge into battle. Each model has unique powers to support its allies on the battlefield. Warrior has a heavy arsenal to stop enemies in their tracks. This bulky tank-type exosuit features heavy artillery to protect the team with impressive firepower. Nimbus is a highly mobile Support-type Exosuit. This rolling pistol shooter can charge into battle with guns blazing, or weave through swarms of dinosaurs to heal injured teammates.
New prehistoric threats that the Exofighters must survive while searching for a way to escape the time-altering experiments of the villainous AI Leviathan were also unveiled during the Spotlight. The armored stegosaurus has returned from the past and has the strange new ability to disarm exosuits with its roar. The Sinornithosaurus are also dangerous. These winged beasts may be small, but they move in packs, clinging to exosuits to restrain them. There are also two other mutated variants: the Stealth Neosaurus and the Cryo Neosaurus, which use invisibility and ice attacks to shock Exofighters and wreak havoc.
Exoprimal is available for pre-order now and includes three Exosuit skins as a special bonus. In addition to the Standard Edition, a digital "Deluxe Edition" is also available, which includes the "Jump Start Kit" and the "Survival Pass (Season 1): Premium Rank" as a time-limited bonus. The Jump Starter Kit includes three more Exosuit skins and early unlocks for Nimbus, Vigilant, and Murasame. These Exosuits can also be unlocked by playing the Standard Edition. The Survival Pass rewards players for their game progress and has both a Free and a Premium rank. Season 1 Premium Rank offers an additional 19 Exosuit Skins, 10 Weapon Skins, 4 Emotes, 3 Stickers and more.
