The Brettspiel-Con 2022 in Berlin will take place from July 15th to 17th - so next weekend. A phenomenal board game summer festival awaits visitors on more than 10.000 square meters, inviting them to play, discover and linger.

There will be something for every visitor, big or small, frequent or occasional gamer. Be it the large Lego fan exhibition, with a life-size chessboard made of clamping blocks and many creative fan models, the free game loan or the large board game flea market with many thousands of offers.

And Corona? Zickt around, as in the entire Federal Republic. Berlin is no exception, but according to the Robert Koch Institute, the seven-day incidence is currently around 645, which is comparatively moderate. Neither masks nor tests are compulsory for participation. Visitors must therefore deal with the situation prudently themselves.
Play first, then go to the bar!
The con has an event character and is not just a game meeting. Outside there are bars and food trucks. With the limited badge ticket, you can even gamble until midnight on the two Games Nights on Friday and Saturday. Various events and tournaments provide variety, such as the pub quiz or the King of Tokyo tournament. The partner event RatCon Berlin also offers a wide range for lovers of cultivated role-playing games - all in one ticket.
Tickets have been on sale since February. The organizers are asking 59 euros as the price for a season ticket, which includes the “Game Nights” on Friday and Saturday. There are discounts for early bookers: For the first time, the Berlin Brettspiel Con is offering discounted tickets. These reductions apply to children from 5 to 14 years of age, pupils, trainees, students, job seekers with benefits under ALG I, severely disabled people (degree of disability of at least 50), pensioners, recipients of social assistance, EU pensioners (= disability pensioners), people doing voluntary service, Holders of the berlinpass and honorary card Berlin-Brandenburg. Children up to and including 4 years of age receive free entry.
Excluded from the discounts is the limited badge, which, in addition to admission on Saturday and Sunday, also gives access to the "GameNight" on Friday and Saturday evening with a seat guarantee. This year we are offering a three-month early bird phase from February 16 to May 16, 2022 for the badge.
Sunday, July 17th is family day again and all children up to the age of 14 get free entry when accompanied by an adult.
