June 6th will be a big festival for gamers. Fans will have to do without E3 this year, but not a lot of information about games and releases. Larian Studios, who are currently working on Baldur's Gate 3, will also be there. Not much is known about the long-awaited successor. Larian is keeping his secrets well, but not for long. The developers will then gradually publish bits of information about the new role-play hope. There is already a first teaser.

Baldur's Gate has always been a game series for secrets. The Larian Studios, however, take the matter a little too seriously: Little details are known about Baldur's Gate 3 so far. The action takes place on the Sword Coast and Larian relies on the fifth edition of the D&D set of rules - there is basically not much more about the role-playing game that fans expect great things from.

The journey on the “Road to Release” begins on June 6th

Fans literally thirst for news about Baldur's Gate 3. Larian is keeping a low profile, but has now published a short gameplay teaser that not only shows some impressions of the work, but also refers to June 6th.

Then fans can go to the “Road to Baldur's Gate” together with the developer and probably pick up new information at regular intervals.

Even the 30-second teaser makes you want more real gameplay sequences. And that will bring Larian fans to a showcase by the Guerrilla Collective in the first week of June. From then on there will be real revelations.

RPG veterans will probably want to investigate how Baldur's Gate 3 is classified in relation to its two predecessors. The look of the successor has of course changed enormously. Hardly surprising: there are more than 20 years between the third and the first part. It will also be exciting to see where Larian Studios want to draw the line between Baldur's Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin - especially because players expect a real successor to Baldur's Gate 2 to actually become Baldur's Gate.

New information about Baldur's Gate 3 will be available on June 6th.
