The presentation lasted around 20 minutes and gave us insights into the conceptual work of The Pokémon Company and Game Freak. We have also already had a look at what to expect in terms of Pokémon in 2020.
From old to new
The first announcement of the afternoon was actually a surprise: The 2006 Pokémon Mystery Dungeon - Rescue Team for Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS is coming to the Switch in 2020 in a new look. With beautiful hand-drawn graphics and a chic 3D look, the first pictures of the new old game make you want more.On a tour of discovery in the Galar region
The biggest announcement of course concerned Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, which were released in November 2019 Nintendo Switch appeared. Many players have already mastered the game and become the number 1 trainer or have collected and developed all 400 Pokémon.Update and pre-order now in the Nintendo eShop
An update of the game went online immediately after the presentation. With this it is later possible to exchange Pokémon from the expansion pass with friends without owning them. It is already downloadable and it brings a little new storyline with it: if the player goes to Brassbury train station after the update he will meet one of the new characters from the expansion pass. In addition, you then have the opportunity to catch a Galar Flegmon. However, it can only develop into a Galar lame with an item from the armor island and into a Galar lazy king with an item from the snow lands.Missed the live stream?
