Independent developer High North Studios and publisher Raw Fury announce SKALD: Against the Black Priory, a retro-style party-based RPG that brings the nostalgic charm of classic Role playing with richly illustrated grimdark fantasy and Lovecraftian horror, will be released in spring 2024 for PC and Mac via Steam and GOG.com.
Skald: Against the Black Priory is an old-school RPG that combines modern design and a comprehensive story with the graphics and charm of the Commodore 64 era to create a unique adventure that will delight old and new genre fans alike. Players immerse themselves in a sophisticated fantasy world full of tragic heroes, monstrous horrors and lovingly drawn pixel art illustrations.
