Mortal Kombat beta from August 18th
The Mortal Kombat 1 beta begins on Friday, August 18th at 11am EDT/8am PDT and runs until Monday, August 21st at 11am EDT/8am PDT, according to the FAQ on the official website. Publisher Warner Bros. Games says that digital codes will be redeemable in advance and that players can also pre-download the beta version.
Here, of course, as is often the case, it depends on the details: The beta version will not only be limited in terms of the available platforms, but will also only be available to those fans of Mortal Kombat 1 who have pre-ordered the game - after all, the standard version is also sufficient here version of the game. Those who pre-order the Premium or Kollector's Edition of Mortal Kombat 1 can also take part in the beta. There are definitely reasons for the platform restrictions. NetherRealm offers the test, but the studio is only developing the version for current-gen platforms.
